  • Vinification: After harvest, the grapes were placed in cases to dry until 22nd October 2018 when we gently pressed them. The fermentation was done with selectioned yeast in stainless steel vessel at the temperature of 18°C. After fermentation we put the wine in the Clyver for 10 months.
