  • Vinification: after three – four days of cold maceration, the most ferments in 750 lt Slavonian oak barrels
  • Maturation: 750-litre Slavonian oak barrels for 8-9 months
  • Maturation in bottle: about one year
  • Alcohol: 13.00% vol
  • Total acidity: 5.1 g/l
  • Bottle: 1.502, closed with Stelvin screwcap only, in order to preserve the quality, aroma and organoleptic features of the wine
